With your acquired knowledge of dance/movement therapy, a wide range of career paths will be open to you. You will be particularly in demand in psychosomatic and psychiatric clinics, retirement homes, hospices and rehabilitation centers. You can also develop your skills in the field of social work, e.g. in child and youth welfare facilities, in integrative kindergartens and schools, or in the field of prevention. Or you can combine dance education, artistic and dance/movement therapy methods in community dance projects. Your Master's degree also enables you to pursue a career in research up to and including a doctorate.
