You are already excellent in medicine and know what is important - now you want to be just as competent as a manager.

You will develop your leadership and management skills and combine these with a focus on legal principles, business administration in a medical context and personnel and self-management. The focus here is on practical applicability in day-to-day management. Your newly acquired knowledge will enable you to act independently and successfully in your respective professional context. Learn to apply efficient management strategies, to work in a goal- and result-orientated manner in a team and to improve your professional actions through self-reflection.

The programme is strictly tailored to the needs of doctors in (aspiring) management positions in inpatient or outpatient healthcare facilities.

Our curriculum strictly takes into account the competences listed in the leadership curriculum of the German Medical Association.

A degree in human medicine or dentistry and at least two years of practical work experience in an inpatient or outpatient healthcare facility.
