At the beginning of your studies, you will acquire a sound knowledge of business subjects such as finance, marketing, personnel management and business mathematics in the first semesters.
As you progress, the focus will be on the various phases that employees go through in their working lives, both from the perspective of the company and the employee. You will learn the key aspects of personnel planning, selection, support and development. You will also deal with topics such as strategy and HR management, psychological motivation theories and communication channels for HR staff. You will complete your degree programme with an internship and your Bachelor's thesis, where you will apply and deepen your knowledge in a practical setting.
